All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

By placing an order through our store, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to use the payment method submitted
  • We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.

REX Pet Effects is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Once an order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

RETURNS + REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of certain products (such as consumable treats or opened hygiene products), some items may be non-returnable for safety reasons.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved.

PET SAFETY DISCLAIMER

All REX products are intended for pet use.

While our products are made with simple, intentional ingredients and materials, every pet is different.

It is the responsibility of the pet owner to:

  • Supervise pets while using products

  • Use products appropriately for their pet’s size and behavior

REX Pet Effects is not liable for misuse of products or adverse reactions.

If your dog has known medical conditions, consult your veterinarian before introducing new products.

FREEZE-DRIED TREAT DISCLAIMER

Our freeze-dried treats are single-ingredient protein treats made in the USA.

They are:

  • Intended as supplemental treats only
  • Not a complete or balanced diet
  • To be fed in moderation

Always provide fresh water and supervise your pet while feeding.

COLLAR + WEARABLE PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Our collars and wearable products are designed for durability and everyday use. However:

  • No collar is indestructible
  • Regular inspection for wear and tear is required

REX Pet Effects is not responsible for injury or damage resulting from improper sizing or misuse.

Slip collars + leashes are not intended for full-time wear and should not be worn when the pet is not under human supervision.

Proper fit and supervision are the responsibility of the pet owner.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including logos, branding, product names, copy, graphics, images, and site design — is the property of REX Pet Effects and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
