After a combined two and a half decades in the grooming industry and handling thousands of dogs, my partner Rachel and I noticed a recurring problem: the products available to pet owners are failing.
Most retail shelves are lined with bottles containing harsh chemicals, unnecessary fillers, and ineffective ingredients. We’ve seen the skin irritations, the cracked paws, and the lackluster results that come from "big box" shortcuts. We decided to stop looking for a better standard and start building it.
